It is Tuesday, January 29th, 2008.
For about 40 minutes, everybody was on Facebook, iChat, Email, and doing their own thing. He just started explaining the benchmark at 1:25ish
He showed a video of Carl Lewis.
He also showed a video of Mike Powell. He has the world record long jump (about 29 feet)
Our benchmark has something to do with these videos.
Mr. Rochester handed out the instructions for the benchmark.
